Subscription Policy

When you choose Subscribe, you get automatic monthly deliveries of whatever you ordered until you skip or cancel.

• Price: $9.99 per tube each month (33% off the $14.99 one-time price)
• Quantity: each shipment is the same number of tubes you chose when you subscribed. If you subscribe with 5 tubes, we send 5 tubes every month
• Frequency: one shipment every month
• Billing: we charge the card on file on each billing date for that quantity, and email you a confirmation

• You can skip a delivery or cancel anytime. There is no minimum number of shipments and no cancellation fee
• Shipping follows our Shipping Policy: free shipping on 2 or more tubes in a single shipment. A one-tube subscription shipment is charged shipping at checkout based on your location
• If the subscription price changes, we’ll email you before the next charge

Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime.

1. Log in to your account, open your subscription, and cancel or skip the next delivery.
2. Or email hayden@thirdlifehealth.com with your order number or the email on the order and ask us to cancel. We’ll confirm by email.

Cancel before the next billing date to avoid that charge. If a shipment is already billed or already on its way, that order still ships. That shipment is covered by our refund policy: email us within 90 days and we’ll refund it. You keep the product.

Skipping a month pauses that delivery without canceling the subscription.

One-time purchases are not subscriptions. Those follow the refund policy only.
